Robin Williams’ Son Honors His Father With A Tribute On His 73rd Birthday
The world truly lost something special when Robin Williams passed away. He had entertained us for so many years with his comedy and we really could never pay him back for all that he did.
Perhaps you remember Robin Williams from some of his early television shows, such as Mork and Mindy. Others may remember him from his movies, including Dead Poets Society and Mrs. Doubtfire.
It was a shocking day when Robin Williams took his own life and that has been almost a decade ago. If he had stayed alive, he would have turned 73 recently but that birthday didn’t go without remembering.
Zak Williams, his son, paid tribute to his father on his 73rd birthday. He posted a message on X on July 21, and it was absolutely full of love.

He wrote, “Dad, on what would be your 73rd birthday, I remember you for all the hope and joy you brought to the world. There’s not a week that goes by without someone sharing with me how you helped them through a dark time or a rough patch. I’m so grateful to be your son. Love you forever.”
