Zelensky speaks as International Claims Commission for Ukraine signed in The Hague
BRITISH troops are being readied to deploy to Ukraine with peace talks now more advanced than ever, the UK’s Defence Secretary has declared.
The US-led push for an end to the gruelling conflict is rapidly advancing with Washington’s latest attempt to secure a deal coming in the form of a fresh ultimatum for Kyiv.

Brits were warned on Monday they must be ready to sacrifice “sons and daughters” to defend themselves from Russia.
In a chilling prediction of what it might take to deter a full-scale conflict, Air Chief Marshal Sir Richard Knighton said: “More families will know what sacrifice for our nation means.”
He said the chances of Russian tyrant Vladimir Putin launching a direct attack on Britain were slim but steadily growing.
Allied leaders recently met up in Berlin for a further round of peace talks with one of the main talking points being around stationing foreign troops in Ukraine once a deal has been ironed out.
