Donald Trump told The Wall Street Journal in the United States that he finds conventional exercise boring and takes a 325-milligram aspirin daily.
Trump said treadmill workouts do not appeal to him and described golf as his primary form of physical activity.
He acknowledged that the 325 milligram dose is higher than the 81 milligrams commonly recommended by doctors for many patients.
Trump said doctors advised him to take a lower dose, but he has continued the higher dose for years.
His physician stated that Trump’s medical tests show excellent overall and cardiovascular health.
