Two men have been arrested after a shootout with police following the death of a six-year-old girl who was allegedly gang-raped and thrown from a roof

Additional charges will be added to the case once the medical results are available.
A six year old girl has tragically died after she was reportedly gang-raped and hurled from a rooftop, according to police on Friday.
The young child was rushed to a local hospital after the horrific incident but sadly, despite best efforts, she was pronounced dead upon arrival. The horror incident happened in the Bulandshahr district of Uttar Pradesh, India.
Officials confirmed that two men, known as Raju and Veeru, were apprehended after a brief shootout in the Sikandrabad industrial area. Both suspects suffered gunshot injuries to their legs during the police operation and were transported to hospital for treatment. Officers discovered two firearms and ammunition at the scene.

The victim’s father lodged an official complaint, leading police to assemble three special teams to hunt down the suspects. Superintendent of Police Dr. Tejveer Singh stated that the accused began shooting when officers tried to intercept them.

Her family claim she was sexually assaulted before being thrown from the roof. A post-mortem examination has been ordered to verify the rape allegations.
Police have said additional charges will be added to the case once the medical results are available. The incident has caused uproar in the region, highlighting ongoing worries about crimes against women and children in India.
In a different incident an 18-year-old man from Pennsylvania has been arrested after allegedly shooting both his parents and killing his mother the day after Christmas.

Jarrod Noll was captured in West Virginia following an extensive manhunt by Pennsylvania police. Officers say the teenager was carrying a weapon when he was detained. The incident unfolded on Friday, 26 December, at approximately 1.58pm local time.
Police revealed that Noll’s younger siblings were inside the property when the shooting occurred; however, as the incident took place outdoors, they remained unharmed. The siblings, whose names have been withheld, are now being cared for by another relative.
Noll remains in police custody in West Virginia awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania. He faces charges of homicide and attempted homicide.
